Staff showed patience and compassion towards a 90 year old patient.
Suggested improvements
Timed appointments should be dealt with on time, to deal with a more structured and efficient flow, to save time being waisted- this would be achieved by spacing appointment times.

This is my second visit and the first time I was told not to use a fine mask, and that I should of provided my own, even though there was a box or the table.
Suggested improvements
Polite and caring, really poor reception skills- customer facing, no support what so ever.

All good with tests and consultation./nThe only potential issue to the long wait for consultation (just over as hour) but it was in a very pleasant room and pasted quickly!

Care was exemplary. We were here for nearly 4 hours due to an emergency. We were looked after a given coffee and lunch.
Suggested improvements
More facilities for the elderly, i.e water and refreshments were they can be seen.
